Why hire an independent bookkeeper?

It costs less than hiring an employee and there are no employee benefits, taxes or workers' compensation to worry about. There is more flexibility in hiring an independent contractor for a specific job. Independent contractors require less supervision and tend to be hired quicker because we are hired for our particular skill so there is little to no training involved.
